Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the website of Erler+Pless GmbH published at www.erlerundpless.de.

Status of Compliance with Requirements

This website is currently partially compliant with the requirements of the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

The assessment is based on an evaluation conducted using the tool wave.webaim.org according to legal requirements and internationally recognized standards. The homepage and an example content page were reviewed.

Non-Accessible Content

The following content is currently not accessible:

• Alternative Texts

  Images and other visual elements (e.g. buttons, links, graphics, if available) do not always include text alternatives readable by screen readers.

• PDF Files

  PDFs are not fully accessible.

• Forms and Input Fields

  Some forms and components are still missing labels or ARIA tags.

• Headings and Page Structure

  There are inconsistencies in heading hierarchy. Assistive technologies such as screen readers or keyboard navigation may therefore be limited.

• Multimedia Elements

  Some multimedia elements lack subtitles or audio descriptions.

• Keyboard Accessibility

  Some elements cannot be accessed via keyboard or screen reader.

• Externally Embedded Content

  Externally embedded content such as ProvenExpert widgets, whose accessibility we cannot influence.

• Content Structure of the Website

  Not all content (e.g. tables, lists, if available) is structured or described in a way that can be interpreted and understood by screen readers.

• Color Contrast

  Some color contrasts do not yet meet the minimum requirements.

Justification

We are currently working on full implementation. The mentioned content is partially inaccessible because the adjustment of technical systems is still in progress.

Dispute Resolution Procedure
